- To improve performance, accuracy, and reliability of the App and Services.

**Data retention:** Personal data is kept as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, identifiable data is permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

**Anonymized data:** We may retain fully anonymized or aggregated data for statistical analysis, service improvement, or research. Such data cannot be linked back to you.

**Note:** The App does not provide licensed medical services. All AI insights are informational and not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Once data is anonymized, it is no longer linked to you and cannot be modified or deleted.

### United States

- Complies with Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP 2022) and MoH Regulation No. 24/2022.
- Users may access limited preliminary diagnostic insights.

## International Use
