# Refund and Cancellation Policy

## Subscription Cancellation

- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App, website, or by contacting [support@gmango.ai](mailto:support@gmango.ai).
- After cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.

## Refunds

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the event of a technical issue preventing access to the App.

Refund requests due to technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.

## No Partial Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for partial periods, unused features, or voluntary account cancellation before the end of a billing cycle.

## How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

2. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

## Changes to This Policy

G-MANGO INC may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted in the App.
