# G-MANGO INC: Terms of Service & Informed Consent

## 1. Acceptance and Global Service Models

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The platform provides different service models based on your location:

- **For U.S. Users (AI + Human Review):** AI physicians perform preliminary diagnoses and draft prescriptions; all prescriptions must be reviewed and signed by a U.S. licensed human physician before being sent to a pharmacy.
- **For Users Outside the U.S. (Independent AI Medical Team):** Diagnosis, chronic disease management, prescription issuance (Rx/OTC), pharmacist safety review, and lab/imaging interpretation (CT/MRI) are performed independently by the AI medical team without human intervention.

## 2. Core Service Scope & Eligibility

- **Registration:** You must be 18 years or older. No guest access is permitted.
- **AI Medical Team:** Services include AI-driven diagnosis, pharmacy sales, safety audits by AI pharmacists, and automated interpretation of medical imaging by AI technicians.
- **Marketplace:** The app functions as an e-commerce marketplace. G-Mango Inc facilitates the connection to third-party licensed pharmacies and fulfillment partners.

## 3. Medical Informed Consent & Waivers

- **Waiver of In-Person Care:** Non-U.S. users expressly waive the right to human physician consultation, accepting AI-only medical plans and acknowledging AI's limitations in complex cases.
- **Chronic Disease Management:** Users understand AI advice is data-dependent and not a substitute for continuous clinical monitoring.
- **User Responsibility:** You agree to provide accurate, complete health data. Violations may lead to account termination without refund.

## 4. Specific Pharmacological Risks & Absolute Disclaimer

The company, AI team, and associated personnel shall not be liable for any damages (including injury or death) resulting from:

- **Undisclosed Information:** User's failure to fully disclose allergies, medical history, or genetic defects.
- **Non-Compliance:** User's failure to strictly adhere to AI-provided dosage or guidance.
- **Drug Interactions:** User mixing platform-purchased medications with third-party drugs without prior AI review.
- **Unforeseen Reactions:** Rare side effects arising from individual biological differences not present in existing medical databases.
- **Customs Risk:** Users outside the U.S. assume all import and customs clearance risks for medications shipped to their respective countries.

## 5. Privacy and Data Standards

We implement unified high-standard privacy protection:

- **U.S. Data:** Strict adherence to HIPAA-equivalent encryption standards for data processing.
- **International Standards:** Compliance with Indonesia's PDP Law (UU PDP 2022), the Philippines Data Privacy Act, and regional health regulations (MoH Reg. No. 24/2022).
- **Retention:** Identifiable data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of account deletion, subject to regional medical record laws.

## 6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the app, AI models, source code, and outputs remains G-Mango Inc's exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability cap of G-Mango Inc for any claims arising from the service or medication shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user for services and medications in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

## 8. Governing Law and Mandatory Arbitration

- **Governing Law:** These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A.
- **Mandatory Arbitration:** Any dispute shall be submitted to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS for final and binding arbitration in English. Users waive any right to class-action lawsuits.

## 9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By clicking "I Agree" or continuing to use the app, you confirm:

- You have verified the service model for your region (AI+human for U.S.; full AI for non-U.S.).
- You accept the absolute disclaimers regarding pharmacological risks.
- You expressly consent to AI-driven medical treatment and the jurisdiction of U.S. arbitration.

## 10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect feature or legal changes. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
